Secured Key Arrangement Agreement


  KEY ARRANGEMENT AGREEMENT

             Many clients who travel frequently choose to leave their keys in our care. Sometimes work or a busy schedule does not allow you a lot of notice,
             or perhaps you are too busy and simply overlook making a pet reservation. Therefore, our Key Arrangement Program was established to simplify
             arrangementsfor future visits, scheduling key pick-ups and returns, to avoid unnecessary key pick-up charges.
   BENEFITS OF THE KEY ARRANGEMENT AGREEMENT

 Keys are safely stored in a locked box when not in use  Keys are labeled with a code known only to us
 Keeping keys on file with us  Convenience and ease when repeat clients book services
 No need to pay travel charges to pick up and drop-off  Less advance notice needed to schedule services

 
Key Arrangement Agreement   I request enrollment in the Key Arrangement Agreement
    As a participant, I agree to provide Paws On Wheels with a key to my home to be securely maintained in the company?s office.
    I understand that Paws On Wheels will take all precautions to safeguard and protect the identity of my house key.
    As a Key participant, I agree to hold Paws On Wheel harmless for any loss, damage or injury of any kind to pet or property during periods that I am not under written or oral contract for pet services.
    I understand that this agreement may be terminated by either party with 48 hours advance notification
Please Check One of the Following   I release my house key to POW to retain on file for future services to be provided to my pet(s) and myself. I may revoke this release at any time and expect my keys to be returned to me.
    I would like POW to return my house keys after the current service is completed. I understand transportation charges will apply to pick up the key again for future services that I may request.
