SERVICE REQUESTS
Requests for services should be made as far in advance of the date service is being scheduled for
as possible.  You should note that we book up fast during busy times.

NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION
Rates are determined by distance traveled and time of day (or evening).  
HOLIDAY SERVICE

Because Holidays are generally one of
the busiest times, and once we are
booked we will have to turn away
additional customers, some different
policies and payment procedures
apply.
Request for Services
  • 2 Weeks Notice
 We suggest at least 2 week's notice but it is possible we may be
able to accommodate last minute requests for service.
  • 72 Hours Notice
 Requests made with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to
an additional $10 charge.
  • 3 Hours Notice
 All services booked the same day as service need to be received
within 3 hours notice to be placed on the schedule and are
subject to an additional surcharge of $15 per-visit.
  • Less then 3 Hours Notice
 Any service booked less than 3 hours notice is subject to an
additional surcharge of $20 per-visit if we are available.
Aggressive or
  • Unruly Animals
 Additional fee of $10.00 for special gear for handling aggressive
dogs
